Refund policy

  • If the jewelry you purchased is not the right fit for you, and as long as it is not worn or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of your order being received. 
  • Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the pieces in their full packaging with tracking.
  • A non-refundable $10-$17 fee will be charged for exchanges to cover shipping costs.
  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost during shipping.
  • Sale items are final sales.
  • After 7 days we no longer accept exchanges.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
